Perranporth holiday home is a terraced house on liskey hill, which can be booked for family  holidays for up to 8 people
We have been doing this for 10 years and some of our holidaymakers have been booking for just as long.
Our ethos is to keep it affordable, clean and convenient.


LOCATION
it's a great location, being 5 mins from the beach, shops and restaurants.
Its just 6miles from the A30 dual carriageway. Being centrally located on the north coast between Newquay and St Ives, all the major attractions like Eden project are not too far away. But to be honest you don't need to go anywhere else, because our huge beach means you can always find space, you can walk either cliffs, dunes, or inland up our pretty valleys. The bolingey Inn, an historic thatched pub / restaurant is just 10 minutes walk off road.
There is a good choice of restaurants from wetherspoons green Parrot, the Watering Hole (aussie beach bar), ethnic and eco. Large Co op, and other shops. Petrol station with logs. Our famous gardens are well cared for, with boating lake, recreation area, and soon to be skate park

PETS
Well behaved dogs are welcome. The dogs can roam the beach off lead all year except july and august, when they have to be on a lead between 10 and 5 and only if on the main beach. The house has a rear garden and off road walks are close by.

ACCOMODATION
The ground floor is open plan, so bright and airy. There are white leather sofas for 8 in the living room end, and Dining area also seats 8 (plus a high chair, also travel cot, buggy, and potty ). There's a conventional tv, dvd player, with dvds. The internet is pretty quick around 15Mbps. There is a log burner- we dont normally provide logs in summer. The kitchen area is compact, but includes a microwave, and everything is within easy reach.
No dishwasher or freezer. Also on this floor is the utility room, with electric shower and wc.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom at the front with a bay window with beach views. Portable tv. The 2nd double has views over the dunes and golf course. Small bedroom has two bunks. Family bathroom.
Access to the attic playroom is by a ships style ladder. 2 singles, which can join together as a double. Roof windows on each side. The trap door can be lowered for safety.
General info: heating is by electricity, convectors in each room, the log burner (which also heats water), and a fan heater. There is a £1 coin meter
you should allow £3 a day. We have this because guests often leave with the immersion on, and it could be weeks before its known. The electric costs are the same or lower. Wet suits, body boards and windbreaks are there for you

OUTSIDE
Off street parking for 2 cars, one on the front, the 2nd across it on the verge (see photos). In front is a garden table, bench and chairs behind the blue fence ( Your children and dogs can't wander into the road). This area faces the sun all afternoon, watch the sun set over the beach. There is another terrace by the back door which faces the sun till lunchtime, for breakfast or coffee. The back garden is not huge but has clothes lines, and enough room for your dog.

To conclude I should add that to keep costs down we have made use of inherited furniture and kitchen ware. Many similar houses in our location charge nearly double. If matching crockery is essential you are welcome to bring your own :))
